Double pane windows are available in a huge range of window styles and prices. The price ranges below are industry standard pricing for a standard size window with basic installation. Prices will vary for each project based on the window size, manufacturer, frame material, any upgrades and the glass package chosen. Therefore the prices below should be used as a guideline only as each window project is unique.

Awning Windows

Awning windows can be a great addition to any property, allowing for ample air flow and creating the look of an awning when opened. These windows have hinges at the top of the window and open out from the bottom. Awning windows fall into the middle pricing bracket and can range in price from $450 for casement style to $550 for a high end vinyl option with top rated installation.

Bay windows are a popular choice, especially in kitchen areas to maximize space while allowing an elegant indoor outdoor feel.
